Gençlerde iş olsa U19 seneyi 1 galibiyet ile tamamlamazdı. Bizim modern tesislerimiz yok, bizde oyuncu kendi çalışırsa veya kendisi yetenekli ise alt yapıdan çıkar. Yoksa bir şey olmaz. O nedenle ligleri tarayıp yetenekli topçu bulursak olur. Yoksa alttan gelmesi zor.
